Our Lady of Chiquinquira

Our Lady of the Rosary of Chiquinquirá is a revered painting created by the Spanish artist Alonso de Narváez in the 16th century. The painting was originally in poor condition but was miraculously restored by divine intervention. The painting is housed in the Basilica of Our Lady of the Rosary of Chiquinquirá, where it continues to be a pilgrimage site and a symbol of faith for countless believers. The feast day of Our Lady of the Rosary of Chiquinquirá is celebrated on July 9th, drawing crowds of faithful who gather to honor Mary and seek her maternal intercession.
